Trophy Sponsorship

We invite your support in celebration of the Portuguese Water Dog. Your name will be listed on this web page and in our show catalogue. Your sponsorship provides a rosette and trophy as indicated below.

To sponsor a particular award and include a special dedication, click “Sponsor this award”. If you would like to make a general contribution see the last box at the end of the form.

Fill in the sponsorship form and click submit. Once submitted, you will have the option of paying via PayPal using any Major Credit Card (note: you do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal), Debit, or an existing PayPal account.

Print the resulting sponsorship confirmation and mail together with the with your cheque or money order made payable to the Portuguese Water Dog Club of Canada., or your VISA/MasterCard info filled in if you opt for this form of payment. When mailing in your form our online sponsorship will be reserved for up to 10 days. If we haven’t received your form by then, the sponsorship category will be made available again.
